OUR POLICY

Our Responsibilities

We will make the clothing exactly as specified by the client and will soundly construct it. If we are requested to do a fitting and to make adjustments according to the client's wishes, we will alter the outfit as pinned without charge. Subsequent alterations will be charged our labor fee of $20 per hour.

Client's Responsibilities

Upon handing over the finished product, the client or his/her proxy should inspect the outfit to make sure that it meets all specifications and has no stains or defects. After turning over the outfit, we will take no responsibility for stains or tears. The client or proxy must bring payment to receive outfit. If the outfit is needed right away, then client must make sure payment is brought, otherwise he/she cannot get outfit on time.

Payment

Payment amount is agreed upon by the client and us and set forth in a purchase contract that is signed by both parties.

Payment is due upon receipt of outfit; therefore, payment should be prepared in advance and brought on day of receipt. No outfit will be handed over without payment. A garment is our property and will stay with us until payment is made.

Guarantee

If a garment is returned within ten days with the original purchase invoice due to defective construction, the problem will be fixed without charge.

Refunds and exchanges

There are absolutely NO refunds or exchanges.
